Terms of Service

Rhyza provides an assistant operating layer for a paid WhatsApp destination using Whapi transport. Service availability depends on WhatsApp, Whapi, Stripe, Hermes, and configured AI or tool providers.

Messaging and acceptable use

You must be authorized to receive setup messages at the destination you enter and to add Rhyza to any group. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Billing and cancellation

The checkout shows the setup and recurring price before payment. Cancellation ends future service; amounts already charged remain subject to applicable law and Stripe’s payment handling.

Your data

You may request export or deletion through the Rhyza conversation. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal obligations.
