Privacy Notice

Rhyza processes the paid WhatsApp destination, billing status, setup messages, group identifiers, and admitted conversation content needed to provide the service. WhatsApp and Whapi carry message transport; Stripe processes payment data; Hermes and configured AI or tool providers process admitted assistant work.

Access and protection

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, but the service is not zero-knowledge or end-to-end encrypted after receipt. A sufficiently privileged operator may access plaintext needed to operate and secure Rhyza.

Your choices

Use the Rhyza conversation to request access, export, correction, or deletion. We delete eligible service data after validating the request, while retaining records required for billing, security, or law.
